FAQs
Why is my WiFi weak in some rooms?Usually because a single router is trying to cover the whole space through walls, floors and appliances. The fix is more than one access point, placed where you use the signal, and connected by cable instead of relaying WiFi to WiFi.
Do I need to replace my internet provider?No. I work with the service you already have (AT&T, Xfinity, Hotwire or others) and build the network behind it.
Can I manage the network myself afterwards?Yes. I set up the UniFi app so you can see what's connected, pause devices and share guest access from your phone. I can also manage it for you if you prefer.
